The Tobruk-based parliament - House of Representatives, and Tripoli-based General National Congress will hold a fresh session of dialogue in the Moroccan city of Skhirat on Thursday under the sponsorship of the UN.

The two sides agreed to study UN amendments to the fourth draft aiming at a national unity government.

The fourth draft paves the way for reaching a final agreement between the two rival parliaments that will help end conflict in Libya.
