EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini will travel to Egypt on Monday to discuss the Libyan file with senior officials.

Along the Libyan file, Mogherini is expected to tackle other issues such as boosting bilateral ties, the Syrian crisis and fighting terrorism along with the migrant crisis
