Civil Aviation Minister Hossam Kamal has ordered an investigation to be opened into the delay of a plane takeoff for nearly three hours and 25 minutes, said a well-placed source at Civil Aviation Ministry.
Kamal directed to know the reasons behind the delay and expected losses.
