Marsa Matrouh airport is ready now to receive domestic and foreign flights, said the chairman of the Holding Company for Airports on Friday.

The re-operation of the airport followed a six-month renovation plan, said Adel el Mahgoub.

The restoration works were accomplished as scheduled, he noted.
