Eight women have been killed, while others were injured during air raid from the Arab Coalition targeting a funeral in the Yemeni capital Sana. The Arab Coalition’s leadership commented on the incident saying that they will investigate the incident to provide right information to the media channels and newspapers.
Violent clashes erupted between the governmental troops on one hand, and Houthi militias and forces loyal to Yemen’s former President Ali Abdullah Saleh. A tribal source revealed that that the governmental troops launched an attack on the sites of Manara and Madfoon controlled by Houthi militias days ago.
According to the source, the clashes renewed, as the governmental troops managed to restore the sites it lost during the recent days. They launch attacks against the Houthi militias in Naham to restore their control on the area to pave the way for starting their operations in Sana’a.
The sources revealed that the governmental troops’ advance is still limited despite the increasing support they receive from the Arab coalition.
