The Iraqi joint forces use a new device that limit the ability of Daesh planes, which they use to spot and bomb security forces, while Popular Gathering forces stopped 32 Daesh attacks on west of Mosul, which resulted in killing 355 elements, including 3 leaders, and 29 bombed cars were destroyed. Spokesman of “Popular Gathering”, Ahmed El Asadi said that the movement forces managed to stop 32 attacks, prevented Daesh elements from escaping to Syria, and foiled their attempts to attack Saleh El Din areas. He added that these operations resulted in killing 355 elements, including 3 leaders and 30 suicide bombers, dismantling 26 explosive devices and 4 bombed houses, taking down 9 aircrafts, destroying 60 bombed cars and 6 Shuffle rifles. The operations also helped to destroy 7 detachments to launch mortars, control 3 tunnels used to transfer weapons and also control secret passages Daesh use to move from a place to another. Meanwhile, a statement posted on the Popular Gathering website said that, the security forces use a new device to limit the ability of Daesh aircrafts, which they used to spot Popular Gathering and security forces or shell them, and RAYSUN MD1 device hacks Daesh’s Drones which they use to film the Iraqi forces locations and bomb them, and then it cuts the connection between the aircraft and the control system. Federal Police Chief, Shaker Jawdat said that his forces killed the extremist, Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Matar Hadidi during clashes with Daesh elements in Mosul, adding that the forces controlled a fortified tunnel network used as an alternative headquarters for field leaders. Directorate of Military Intelligence said that her 10th squad forces bombed machinery storage with capacity of 20 liters and 4 armored explosive devices in Albu Thiab in Anbar. The stake also contained 34 Katyusha rockets, 11 Gilkans and other weapons and explosives. Security source said that unknown armed men opened fire at the owner of Mawldet Ahlya, which caused him severe injuries. The security forces reached the scene and transfer the wounded to a local hospital, adding that rescue patrols found a body of unknown man dumped on the road of Basteen neighborhood, and that the corps has gunshots in the chest. Member of Ninawa Governorate Council, Hossam Eddin Alabbar denied any rumors that the Iraqi forces were attacked by Chlorine gas on the right coast of Mosul, and confirmed that the Iraqi army managed to free 75% of the west side of Mosul. He added during an interview that Daesh was attacked badly in Ninawa, and their elements only trying to influence the army by such rumors. He added that Daesh only controls Wadi Akab and Ureybi, July 17 and July 30, andEl Shefaa, agrarian reform and old Mosul, and these neighborhoods are large with narrow streets which delayed the forces to free them. He added that the right coast operation was a great victory for the forces in their fight against Daesh and its elements.
