Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel on Monday has a phone conversation with his Libyan counterpart Mohamed Taher Siyala. The Libyan FM has "dissociated himself from the inappropriate remarks attributed to Marshal Haftar," said a communiqué of the Foreign Ministry (MAE).
