Al-Ahly vs Taraji in the African Cup Final
A cold war is settling between the Egyptian team Al-Ahly and the Tunisian Taraji in the African Cup Final.
Taraji’s coach Nabil Maloul said: “I’m working on defeating the Al-Ahly team next Sunday in Alexandria.”
Maloul said this was a very important match for his team and the Al-Ahly was a strong team. Taraji won the semi-final against Congo 1-0. Maloul added: “This won’t be the same. Each match is different, so we need a different strategy.”
Al-Ahly’s coach Hossam El-Badry said: “It’s a cold war before every match. We will do everything we can to honour our matyres.”
The Tunisian team will arrive in Egypt on Friday to train before Sunday. Tunisia is in the African Cup final for the third time in a row. They won the cup twice: in 1994 against the Egyptian team Zamalek, and last year against the Moroccan Wydad team.
