The Egyptian national team managed to snatch a 1-0 tough win on Uganda in their fourth round clash in Group E of the football World Cup African qualifiers at Alexandria's Borg El-Arab Stadium.
Liverpool Wing Mohamed Salah scored Egypt's solo goal just six minutes after the kick off, but it was enough for the team to gain three points that led Egypt to top the group with nine points, ahead of Uganda that came second with seven points, and Ghana that came third with five points.
