Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has issued a presidential decree approving a cooperation agreement for technical support between Egypt and the European Investment Bank.
Under the agreement, the bank is offering technical assistance to develop and expand a drainage treatment plant in Alexandria.
The deal was first signed in December of 2017.
El-Sisi also issued a presidential decree approving a partnership agreement between Egypt and the French Development agency, whereby the agency will offer a 500,000-euro grant to Egypt.
