The drama of Upper Egypt witnessed the brilliance of many stars,whose roles were remained in the minds of the audience. The most prominent of these names are Ahmed Abdel Aziz in the series "Ze2ab El Gabal " (Wolves of the mountain), and Salah al-Saadany in "El Qaserat", and Yahya al-Fakharany in "Sheikh Al Arab Hammam" series, as well as other works.

Despite the difficulty of this quality, some Arab stars who decided to compete with the Egyptian stars in these roles and works, which was observed in Upper Egypt's drama during the last period.

Arabs Today revealed these Arab stars, headed by the Syrian star Gamal Suleiman, who decided to compete again with the Egyptian stars on playing the role of character lives in Upper Egypt through the series, "Afrah Iblis", during the presentation of a second part, despite being subjected to a severe attack during presenting the first part, 8 years ago.

The Syrian actress, Sulaf Fawakherji, prepares to play the same role  through the series "Migration of Upper Egyptians", through playing the role of a woman lives in Upper Egypt, through the events that take place in Upper Egypt. The events of the series revolve around many issues and problems inside Upper Egypt.

The Jordanian star Munther Reihneh prepares to compete in Upper Egypt drama  through his series "Wolves in the valley", which deals with the problems of Upper Egypt. The series is composed by Medhat Abdelkader and directed by Essam Shaaban, while the work is co-starring of Munther Reihneh, Nermeen Al-Faqi, Afaf Shuaib, Ahmed Haroun, Mahmoud Al-Bizawi, Mohsen Mansour and Samira Sedqi.
