Twins Daniela and Annette wow with autumn collection

Twins Daniela and Annette wow with autumn collection It was a popstar filled front-row for the FELDER FELDER show. Mollie King posed with human blow-up doll Pandemonia, whilst VV Brown and Kate Nash instagrammed photos of themselves posing like true pop divas.
The spirit of 1970's skateboarder Tony Alva was the inspiration behind FELDER FELDER's Autumn/Winter 2013 Velvet Outlaw collection.
King of the sidewalk, Alva took to his concrete stage under LA skies in his signature lamb's wool coat. It is this blend of urban rock'n'roll with sensual textures that made twin sisters Daniela and Annette Felder's latest collection so irresistible.
The sisters subtly used prints from nature including feathers and animal skin to effervescently feminine effect.
Whilst latex dresses and trousers created by Hollywood costume designers and latex pro's Vin&Omi made the collection utterly edgy and inimitabley modern. "We were shining latex until 2am," the designer explained to Arabstoday backstage, "but everyone is so nice and cool to work with, it makes all the intense pressure worth it."
Inspired by the street spirit of the Zephyr boys, it certainly had a rebellious attitude about it. The FELDER FELDER design philosophy is rooted in the sisters shared life philosophy that life ought to be lived to the fullest. Each collection is infused with this rock'n'roll energy.
And it's not just a philosophy they share, music is an important part of the FELDER FELDER identity and the sisters draw inspiration from a combined play list of Iggy Pop, Blondie, The Doors, and Coco Sumner.
That's not to say sophistication was forgotten. Belted macs and bowler hats and floor-sweeping velvet gowns slit to the thigh provided the glamour factor. Whilst blonde twins (no doubt a reference to the designers themselves) stole the show in matching sheep's wool coats. True to form the blonde bobbed fringes and shy smiles of the twins stepped out for a final bow to rapturous applause.
