Hair stylist Elvire Roux has signed to Carol Hayes Management under the agency's new talent division. French-born Elvire's previous clients includes Dior, Vivienne Westwood and Burberry. 

Other signings to the Carole Hayes Management's talent division include make-up artist Lauren Murphy, hair stylists Meggie Cousland and Stefan Bertin.
