Daisy Dream from Marc Jacobs
The New York City-based designer has concocted a new flanker scent for his popular Daisy fragrance. First launched in 2007, Daisy is one of Marc Jacobs's most popular perfumes. Inspired by daisies and blue skies, the brand has launched
a new light, floral and fruity version of the scent, which comes packaged in a pale blue glass bottle with a daisy motif.
Revealed at a New York event this week, perfumer Alberto Morillas of Firmenich headed up the development of the scent, which includes notes of "blue wisteria, jasmine, blackberry and coconut water," according to the Moodie Report.
Daisy Dream is set to hit US stores in July (August for Europe), with another advertising campaign shot by longtime collaborator, German fashion photographer Juergen Teller. Marc has also worked with another of his friends and regular creative teammates, director Sofia Coppola, for the fragrance's TV commercial.
