Scotland's Western Highlands boasts breathtaking views

Scotland's Western Highlands boasts breathtaking views Resting on the shores of Loch Ewe, Skyfall is a romantic luxury self-catering cottage nestled within the dramatic landscapes of Scotland's Western Highlands boasting breathtaking views and a truly beguiling spirit .
With a backdrop of lightly snow-dusted mountains and far-reaching views over Loch Ewe and beyond, Skyfall is a very special haven in the most idyllic of locations. The dramatic scenery is resplendent in its beauty, whilst whispers of folklore and magic can almost be heard blowing through the woodland surrounding this ancient crofting town. Skyfall is a romantic clapperboard cottage hideaway with a hot tub which promises weary guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul.
The small village located at the mouth of River Ewe is more northerly than Moscow and St Petersburg, yet has a temperate climate due to being on the Gulf stream, and boasts the most northerly tropical garden in the world! A world away from the cobbled streets of Edinburgh and urban energy of Glasgow, Ross-shire is Scotland’s wild frontier known as "the last great wilderness of Europe", and is the most remote region of the UK. When in season, guests at Skyfall can pluck the fresh herbs, salad leaves and berries from the garden to enjoy at their leisure. The outdoor hot tub with unique mood lighting is an idyllic place to while away romantic evenings as the sun sets over the loch.
Lovebirds can look forward to skies ablaze with sunsets and long sunny beach days in summertime, whilst winter is the season for rare glimpses of the bewitching Northern lights, battening down the hatches and storm watching opportunities a-plenty cosied up by the woodburner.
