$2.4 million Home Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott are selling their Malibu home for $2.675 million due to Spelling's latest pregnancy. The 2,300 sq ft home, which consists of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, will no doubt be snapped up pretty soon while Spelling looks for a bigger home to house her soon to be four children. The couple - who purchased the property in late September 2011 for $2.4 million - are said to have spent $100,000 in renovating the 1.73-acre property, with emphasis on the exterior grounds.
