Director of Research Department in Dubai women Establishment Hessa Tahlak Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and The Protocol School of Washington (PSOW) will jointly conduct a Professional Development Program 'Building Business Etiquette and Social Intelligence' on 27-28 January in Dubai. In line with the DWE's strategic goal to promote leadership qualities among working women and include activities and training aimed at enhancing individual performance and the career development of women, these professional development sessions serve as a critical pillar in empowering individuals by offering hands-on training that helps them gain stronger insights.
On the occasion, Hessa Tahlak, Director of Development, Research '&' Projects Department in Dubai women Establishment said: "Due to the remarkable success of the program last year, and positive feedback we have received from the participants, we have decided to organize the program once again to provide an opportunity for a bigger group of women to participate.'' Focussing on the topic of 'Building Business Etiquette and Social Intelligence', the two-day course is designed to provide support to corporate professionals, and assist in their career development by opening doors to new opportunities for the participants by networking, sharing and learning the experiences of accomplished professionals; where participants were able to develop their personal and professional aptitudes through the strengthening of their social, leadership and management skills.

She has presented protocol educational seminars and briefings to companies, military professionals, government executives and academia. She has managed high-profile events and. She is certified by The Protocol School of Washington and a multiple awards winner.
The program is open for female employees in Middle Management positions from the public and private sectors with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of management experience and it will be conducted in English.
