Cairo - Arab Today
Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit left for Brussels on Monday to take part in the second Quartet meeting on Libya.
EU High Representative Federica Mogherini, UN envoy for Libya Martin Kobler and African Union Higher Representative Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete will take part in the meeting.
Arab League Spokesman Mahmoud Afifi said the Libya Quartet meeting will follow up what has been achieved in the first meeting that was hosted by the Arab League in Cairo on March 18, 2017.
The meeting aims at continuing coordination between the pan-Arab body, the UN, EU and the African Union over the developments in Libya.
