H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has signed the Professional Conduct Document for Civil Service of the government of the emirate, following a briefing from the emirate's Central Department of Human Resources at the Ruler's Court.
The first edition of the document is a government legislation of high value in terms of delivering aspired goals and objectives of the public servant. The aim is to engage public employees in positive and constructive participation in realising the emirate's vision and its strategic development policies and programmes both in the present and the future.
Rashid Al Suwaidi, Executive Director, Central Department of Human Resources, informed Sheikh Ammar about the main features and the key objectives of the document, which is as per the UAE's longstanding principles of right, justice and equality since the birth of the Union on 2nd December, 1971.
"Building of the Emirati human being is one of the top strategic priorities of the leadership. It is the optimum objective that enabled the country to possess factors of sustainable development, becoming a model of development and progress,'' Sheikh Ammar added.
