Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday met with Cuban Ambassador Armando Vergara Bueno on the occasion of the expiry of his tenure in the state. HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent awarded the ambassador the Sash of Merit in appreciation of his efforts to enhance bilateral relations.
