Chinese Defense Minister Chang Wanquan arrived here Sunday morning on a three-day visit.

Accompanied by a high-ranking delegation, Chang is here on an official invitation by his Iranian counterpart Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan, Iranian News Agency (IRNA) reported. 

The Chinese guest is to meet with a number of ranking political and military officials in Tehran and discuss issues of mutual interest as well as regional and international developments.
