Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs Ambassador Hamdi Sanad Loza returned on Wednesday from Juba, wrapping up a three-day visit.
During the visit, he forwarded a verbal message from President Abdel Fattah el Sisi to South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
Loza had talks with South Sudan First Vice President Taban Deng Gai, Army Chief of Staff Gen. Paul Malong Awan and Foreign Minister Deng Alor Kuol on the latest developments in the African state and means of enhancing bilateral ties in various domains.
