Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy is scheduled to head for Riyadh Saturday on a snap visit to meet with his Saudi counterpart Prince Saud al-Faisal, according to Egypt's foreign ministry spokesman. The two top diplomats will discuss a host of regional and international topics, the spokesman said. The meeting will also tackle means of boosting bilateral relations, he added.
