Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry returned home on Tuesday from New York.

During his stay, Shoukry held meetings campaigning for Egypt's bid to gain a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) for the years 2016 – 2017.

Also, he delivered Egypt's speech at the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference held on Monday.
