Egypt’s summit for entrepreneurship 2016 will be held in the Red Sea resort of El Gouna on Thursday.
Held under the rubric of “entrepreneurship and Egypt’s future”, the five-day summit will be organized by the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) bureau in Cairo, in cooperation with the Middle East Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (MCSBE).
Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr is expected to inaugurate the summit along with Red Sea governor Ahmed Abdullah, Canada’s Ambassador to Egypt Troy Lulashnyk, and Director of the ILO bureau in Cairo Peter Van Rooij.
The summit’s agenda will review the current status of entrepreneurship in Egypt and the world in addition to the system of micro, small, and medium-sized projects.
The summit will also honor the winners in a competition for entrepreneurship, which targets youths with ages range from 18-35.
