HE President of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) Joseph Blatter arrived in Doha Saturday morning on a visit to the State of Qatar. The FIFA President was welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by HE Sheikh Mohammad bin Hamad Al Thani and HE President of Qatar Football Association (QFA) Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmad Al Thani.
