French presidential candidate and president of the National Front Marine Le Pen arrived in Beirut on Sunday, accompanied by the National Front's external relations director Albert Jammu who is responsible for her campaign, Lebanon's National News Agency reported.
During her visit, Le Pen will be meeting with Lebanese President General Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Gebran Bassil, Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bchara Boutros al-Rahi, Mufti of the Republic Sheikh Abdul-Latif Derian, and Kataeb Party Head MP Sami Gemayel.
Le Pen is scheduled to hold a press conference on Tuesday at Zeitouna Bay's Yacht Club.
