HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a congratulatory cable to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on the occasion of his country''s National Day. HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has also sent a similar cable to the Afghan President congratulating him on the occasion.
