Deputy Prime Minister, Public Health Minister Ghassan Hasbani began Saturday a tour in the Casa of Byblos by visiting the office of Jbeil's "Qaem Maqam" Najwa Sweidan Farah at the Jbeil Serail, in the presence of a number of municipality heads, mukhtars and civil society organizations.

"The city of Jbeil is suffering from a major shortage of health care centers," said Hasbani during the meeting, adding that "strengthening these centers is essential for helping citizens."

Hasbani then moved to the Union of Municipalities Center in Jbeil, where he met Union Head Fadi Martinus, who thanked him for all the aids extended to the villages of Byblos district.

The encounter was a chance for Minister Hasbani to hear from various attending municipality heads about the daily sufferings and needs of Jbeil villages, especially those falling in the northern region.

Hasbani responded by promising to work on securing their needs at the nearest possible
