The Vice-President of the Republic briefed, Wednesday, on the progress of work regarding the process of the firearms collection and the related prosecutions in Darfur and Kordufan states .
This came when the VP met, at the Republican Palace, the Attorney General, Omer Ahmed Mohammed who said in press statements that the meeting comes in the context of reactivating the legal procedures concerning the collection of firearms campaign , adding that he briefed Hassabo on the Terrorism Prosecution which was established recently to deal with the collection of firearms and the unlicensed vehicles .
