His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree 76/2016 appointing Dr. Abdel-Ghani Ali Al-Showaykh as Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council.

The Minister of Education will implement the Decree that shall be implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
