His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Constitutional Court President Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa on the 16th anniversary of the National Action Charter's endorsed by 98.4% of the people and ratified by His Majesty the King in 2001.
Shaikh Khalifa wished His Majesty the King lasting good health and success on the road of democratic life and the country's modernisation, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain's people more growth, prosperity and welfare under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
