HRH Premier receives letter from Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a written message from the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, General HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, pertaining to the deep-rooted fraternal relations binding the two countries and their peoples.


HRH Premier was also invited by the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince to attend the Formula 1 Grand Prix race to be hosted by Abu Dhabi later this year.

This came as HRH the Prime Minister received, at the Gudaibiya Palace today, the UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, Abdul Ridha Abdulla Al-Khouri, who handed over to him the letter.

HRH Premier described the brotherly Bahraini-UAE relations as solid and long-standing, stressing that the deep-rooted bilateral ties, whether at the level of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) or at the bilateral level, prove the two countries' fraternity and keenness on achieving the interests of their two brotherly peoples.

The Prime Minister expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince for the invitation, and lauded his role and efforts in the field of sports, in general, and motorsports, in particular, which the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UAE, he said, have succeeded in attracting to the region.
