Italian FM arrived Giulio Terzi in Tripoli, in the first European official's visit to Libya since 2014 events. 


Terzi will hold talks with Libya's first elected authorities since the ouster of Moammar Gadhafi. 


Terzi was welcomed at Meitiga International Airport by Libyan counterpart Mohammed Abdel Aziz, an Agence France Presse photographer said. 


He is due to hold talks with national assembly head Mohammed Megaryef and prime minister-designate Ali Zeidan, whose 30-member cabinet is due to be sworn in on Thursday, as the AFP
