US Secretary of State John Kerry will return to the region next week for more efforts to revive the stalled peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians, U.S. top diplomat said Tuesday. He said that Kerry will pay a two-day visit to the region where he will be meeting Jordanian, Palestinian and Israeli leaders. Kerry is supposed to present his peace plan concerning the resumption of the peace talks with Israel through tackling issues related to security and borders. A Palestinian senior official said that Kerry will attempt in his visit to convince Israel to accept the Palestinian leadership\'s demands concerning resumption of the talks with Israel. Palestinians demanded Israel to halt settlement construction and release Palestinian prisoners to pave the way for the resumption of the peace talks, yet Israel rejected the demands and said that the Palestinians keep putting pre-conditions that will affect reaching a peace agreement. It\'s worth mentioning, Kerry was scheduled to visit in the Middle East last week, however, the visit was postponed due to the crisis in Syria.
