Egypt's candidate for UNESCO presidency Moushira Khattab returned home on Saturday coming from Paris after running for election to pick a new chief for the UN education agency.

Audrey Azoulay, former French culture minister, became UNESCO's new director general after a tight voting that run through September 9-13.
