Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad Al Sabah returned home on Saturday after taking part in the 26th Arab summit which kicked off in Egypt's Sharm el Sheikh city earlier in the day.
He delivered a speech at the inauguration of the summit.
