The Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber AL-Sabah today arrived in Turkey along with the official delegation.
The Kuwaiti leader will lead his country's leader to the 13th session of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) ), scheduled to start tomorrow.
