Maktoum bin Mohammed receives Heir Apparent of Luxembourg

H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, today received His Royal Higness Prince Guillaume,Heir Apparent of Luxembourg, and his accompanying delegation, at the Emirates Towers in Dubai.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on bilateral relations between the UAE and Luxembourg and ways of further developing them, especially in the areas of culture, tourism and trade, reflecting the deep and historic friendship between the entire UAE, especially the Emirate of Dubai, and Luxembourg.

Sheikh Maktoum welcomed Prince Guillaume and his delegation and wished him a successful visit and expressed his hopes that it would benefit both countries.

Prince Guillaume praised the UAE’s remarkable development while noting Dubai’s unique cultural scene, which has become a leading example among the world's developed cities.

He also highlighted the UAE’s infrastructure, modes of transport and communication, and its cultural and ethnic diversity, which has made it a symbol of tolerance and equality between its residents.

The meeting was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Group, Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and The Future, Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, and Abdulla Al Shaibani, Secretary-General of Dubai Executive Council.
