The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the Emirates Flight Training Academy, which is expected to set new benchmarks for next-generation pilot training relying on innovation and partnership with industry training organisations, strengthening Dubai’s position as a global hub for aviation.
Attending the inauguration ceremony was H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and CEO and H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chief Executive of Emirates Group.
The Emirates Flight Training Academy is set to prepare the future generations of pilots to work for Emirates airline and other carriers from the UAE, the region and the world.
