Arab League Secretary General Nabil El-Arabi would Leave Egypt on Monday, heading for France to meet with a number of senior French officials , including French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius.
During the visit, El-Arabi will discuss with the French officials the efforts exerted by the Arab League to end the Israeli occupation and recognize the Palestinian state.
