Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr flies to Washington on Wednesday leading a high-level delegation for talks with officials at the World Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Egypt's development partners.
Nasr will also meet with a number of investors and leading American companies and receive the presidency of the African Group meeting 2018.
Egypt's delegation will focus on promoting investments in Egypt and cooperation in establishing programs and projects that are funded by the World Bank.
Following meetings with the World Bank, Nasr will head for New York for talks with a number of US investors and companies.
The delegation includes Egyptian Exchange Chairman Mohamed Farid, Acting Chairman of the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) Mohamed Omran and Senior Adviser to the Minister for Economic Affairs Shehab Marzipan.
