The newly-appointed Ecuadorian ambassador to Egypt arrived here on Wednesday to assume his post.
He will succeed Edwin Johnson López who left last week after the end of his tour of duty.
He will submit a copy of his credentials to the Foreign Ministry to start his work.
He will also serve as non-resident ambassador of Ecuador to the Palestinian Authority.
