Newly-appointed Yemeni Ambassador to Egypt Mohamed Ali Maram has taken the constitutional oath before Yemeni President Abdrabbu Mansour Hadi here on Wednesday.

Maram has been occupying the post of director of the presidential office since March. He holds a PhD in banking and finance from Malaysia. He is a professor of banking and finance at the Faculty of Economics, Aden University. 

Other Yemeni ambassadors were sworn in to servr as their country's envoys to Sudan, the Czech Republic, Poland, Libya and Mauritania along with Oman.
