Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived in Tunisia on Thursday on a three-day visit.
During the visit, Abbas will congratulate Beji Caid Essebsi on his election as Tunisian president, a spokesman for the Tunisian presidency said.
The two sides will have talks on the latest developments of the Palestinian cause and ways of boosting bilateral ties, the spokesman added.
