Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is set to visit Cairo, becoming the second Arab leader to visit Egypt since Mohamed Morsi\'s ouster, officials said. Abbas will travel to Cairo Sunday where he will meet with interim President Adly Mansour and other Egyptian officials, the Kuwaiti newspaper al-Jarida reported Thursday. Abbas is expected to discuss the rising tensions between Fatah and Hamas and reconciliation efforts, the paper said. In the past, Cairo has sponsored a number of meetings between the two factions to bring them together. The Palestinian leader will also discuss the situation in the Sinai Peninsula, the Egyptian crackdown on terror there and the closure of hundreds of smuggling tunnels along the Gaza-Egypt border, the paper said. King Abdullah of Jordan paid a brief visit to Egypt Saturday, the first Arab leader to visit the country since Morsi\'s ouster earlier this month.
