His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa issued resolution 36 / 2018 regulating the technical requirements of sending, receiving and updating electronic records and signatures to public bodies.

The Interior Minister and relevant parties shall carry out the resolution the day after its promulgation in the Official Gazette.
