Raul Castro, the Cuban President, is set to pay a state visit to Algeria tomorrow (Sunday) at an invitation of his Algerian counterpart Abdulaziz Bouteflika.

The two presidents will hold talks focusing on cooperation between the two countries and regional and international issues of mutual concern.
