The UAE’s Ambassador to Oman, Mohammed Ali Abdulrahman Al Osaimi, has been conferred the “Al Nu’aman First Class Order” by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said in recognition of his efforts to promote ties between the two countries. Sultan Qaboos presented him with the award at a ceremony at Bait Al Barakah on Sunday when the ambassador called on him to say goodbye at the end of his tour of duty here. Osaimi thanked Sultan Qaboos for the support he received during his tenure in the sultanate. In reply, Sultan Qaboos praised the ambassador for the efforts he exerted “in serving the fraternal relations between the sultanate and the sisterly UAE.” Also present was Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdallah.
