President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation today participated in the 870th anniversary of Moscow, held at the new Zaryadye park in Moscow.

President Putin congratulated the audience, saying "Moscow became the capital of the state, two centuries after its establishment, and that history symbolises many important events in the Russian history."
